My Wisdom

"The sand of the sea, the drops of rain, and the days of eternity - who can count them? The height of heaven, the breadth of earth, the abyss, and wisdom - who can search them out? Wisdom was created before all other things and prudent understanding from eternity"

In the book of Ben Sira, Wisdom was a woman who God created to share His wisdom with the people. For the purposes of this blog I will share with you the wisdom that I have gained through my J-Term experience. Unlike Wisdom, my knowledge will not be mantic or supernatural, but you can choose to think of it that way if you'd like.

Going on this J-Term trip has literally been the best decision I have made. Why? Because I've gained a new perspective on life by living in a world outside of the Lute dome. Traveling is the ultimate learning experience. Yes, it may be expensive, but if you're not going to go when you're young, single, and childless, then when are you going to go!? Yes, you can always go when you're older, but lets be real, you'll probably need to take naps and schedule trips around bathroom breaks.
Studying away has enabled me to make relationships with people across the world. Greece has shared its food, history, and culture our class; an experience you can't get watching the Travel channel.
Lutes, listen to my wisdom and study away! Create your own memories and friends and go on an adventure you will cherish forever.
