My Moment in Greece

I would have to say that my favorite moment in Greece was going up to the Acropolis and overlooking the entire city of Athens. This was my moment because as I looked out over the city I was able to reminisce about everything that we had done and seen over this trip.

I could look over and see Mt. Lycabettus and think to myself, “I’ve been there!”

I could see the old Olympic stadium and think about our time in the apartments, walking to get souvlaki after class.

I could remember waking up early to watch the sunrise over the Acropolis that was now right in front of me.

Although my time in Greece is coming to an end, it’s been an experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything.
