This is our first night in Rhodes and I am already in love with this island. After grabbing the keys to our new home for the next week, we popped our heads out the window and just screamed "Oh my gosh, this amazing!" The view was absolutely gorgeous! We were so close to Turkey that we literally saw it from our window! The ocean was absolutely gorgeous!
After we grabbed a bite to eat, some of my fellow adventurers and I decided to go on a little expedition. We found a small playground where we let out the inner child in all of us. We probably burned all the calories we ate through laughing our butts off. We also went for a walk along the beach and touched the water. It was hilarious! We would try to find a spot on the beach to where the edge of the water would be reachable without getting our feet wet from the incoming waves. Easy to say, we made a game out of it. It was definitely one of those moments where you had to be there.
Everyday I fall more and more in love with Greece. From the busy streets of Athens to the warm and peaceful waters of the Aegean, Greece will forever be in my heart.
