Secret Knowledge

Today was another day filled with adventure. We started off the day at CYA and had our first class lecture here in Greece. After class we had a lunch break where we went to a small café to eat. Even though I ordered a simple turkey sandwich, it tasted incredible with fresh turkey, avocado and delicious bread. After lunch we met back up with Dr. Finitsis who then took us on another tour of the city, which ended up with us getting coffee at a cute (and warm!) little coffee shop where I got a hot chocolate with espresso.

After returning back to our apartments I realized that there is some secret knowledge that everyone should know when coming to Greece: it can be quite difficult to open the front door to your room. To open ours you must first turn the top lock to the right four times, then with a different key turn the bottom lock to the right four times as well, all while pushing the door and bottom lock key very far to the right.

After getting into our room we then went out for dinner as a group which was a great end to a great day.
